TERMOS & CONDIÇÕES
pagamento:
★ pix ou cartão de crédito (+5%)
★ metade antes de começar a arte e metade após finalizadaprazo:
★ aproximadamente de 2 a 3 semanas
★ entre em contato para consultar disponibilidade na agenda caso precise para alguma data especÃficacomo encomendar:
★ quanto maior a quantidade de referências e descrições, mais próxima da sua ideia a arte vai ficar!
★ descreva a posição dos personagens, suas expressões, as cores, roupas e qualquer outro detalhe
★ posso não aceitar fazer alguma arte, por não me identificar com a proposta, não me sentir capaz ou outro motivoalterações:
★ você pode solicitar até três alterações (como mudar a pose do personagem) na fase de rascunho. caso for solicitada após isso, poderá ser cobrado um valor a partecancelamento:
★ se por algum motivo eu não consiga terminar a arte, o cliente terá o reembolso total
★ se for solicitado o cancelamento pelo cliente antes da arte ser iniciada, é cobrado uma taxa de R$30 e feito o ressarcimento do restante do valor pago
★ se for solicitado o cancelamento pelo cliente depois da arte ser iniciada, não será feito o ressarcimento do valor pagoentrega:
★ durante o processo, a arte sempre será enviada com uma marca d'água, essa marca será removida na entrega final após o pagamento
★ normalmente trabalho com uma resolução próxima de 2000 x 2500, se quiser uma resolução diferente me avise
★ a imagem é salva em JPG, se quiser outro formato me avise
★ minha assinatura estará visÃvel na arte para uso pessoaluso:
★ se você não quiser que eu use a arte nas minhas redes sociais ou no meu portfolio, me avise
★ o cliente não pode alterar a arte sem autorização ou usa-la de uma forma diferente da combinada (incluindo qualquer uso com inteligência artifical)obrigado por ler até aqui! se ainda tiver alguma dúvida, envie uma dm ou um e-mail e ficarei feliz em te responder :)

TERMS
payment:
★ payment is made in us dollars by paypal
★ half before I start the sketch and the other half as soon as I finish so that I can send it in high qualitydeadline:
★ approximately 2 to 3 weeks
★ please contact me to check availability in my schedule if you need it by a specific datehow to order:
★ the more references and descriptions you provide, the closer the artwork will be to your idea!
★ describe the characters' positions, their expressions, the colors, clothing, and any other details
★ I may not accept certain artwork requests if I don't identify with the proposal, don't feel capable, or for another reasonchanges:
★ you can request up to three alterations (such as changing the character's pose) during the sketch phase. if requested after that, an additional fee may applycancellation:
★ if for any reason I am unable to finish the artwork, the client will receive a full refund
★ if the client requests cancellation before the artwork has started, a fee of $10 will be charged, and the remaining amount paid will be refunded
★ if the client requests cancellation after the artwork has started, no refund will be issuedprocess and delivery:
★ during the process, the artwork will always be sent with a watermark. this watermark will be removed upon final delivery after payment
★ I usually work with a resolution close to 2000 x 3000. if you need a different resolution, please let me know
★ the image is saved in JPG format. if you need another format, please let me know
★ my signature will be visible on the artwork for personal useuse:
★ if you do not want me to use the artwork on my social media or in my portfolio, please let me know
